Everything was as advertised

Getting a good night sleep is my number one priority and this walkable studio was perfect. The ‘draw down’ queen sized bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in, including the one I have at home. The next door neighbors were quiet and respectful. The second priority is location. This studio apartment is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown, as well as Auburn University. My husband and I on Sunday morning was able to take our morning coffee and walk through the arboretum at Auburn University. The third priority is outdoor living space. It has a lovely private space outside where we had crackers and cheese and beer. My husband and I do a lot of vrbos and our host Scott was at the top in terms of communication. Thank you!

Such a convenient spot tucked away in the middle of Auburn’s campus. Could walk everywhere. Did not use my car the entire weekend. Nice studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Utilized the kitchen for some meal preps for the college fellas. Had all the necessities. The only suggestion I have would be add coat hangers for the closet and maybe an iron. Would definitely stay here again.

Both the HOA and neighbors actively monitor: - Parking limits and vehicle counts, - Guest occupancy, and - Noise or gatherings. **Reports of violations may result in HOA fines, involvement of local authorities, or immediate termination of stay.** Please help us maintain great relationships in the community by respecting these rules. 5. General Neighbor Courtesy * Please park only in approved areas, avoid blocking driveways, and keep outdoor activity respectful. 6. Parking Pass: Parking at the property is by permit only. You can park in any available space in the parking lot. There is 1 parking pass assigned to this unit and it will be left in the kitchen attached to sun shade for your vehicle's window. Please place the sunshade on your dashboard of your car with the parking pass visible. DO NOT REMOVE THE PARKING PASS FROM THE SUN SHADE. Be sure to return the sunshade to the kitchen when you check out. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WITH THE PARKING PASS OR SUN SHADE. A FEE OF $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR A LOST OR TAKEN PARKING PASS.
